Brandon Burris was born in Fayetteville, NC, but grew up mostly in sunny Southern California. His passion for food began in high school when he became hooked on The Food Network. That interest, combined with his proficiency in science, led him to earn a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

As a professional Food Scientist, Brandon always prioritizes the customer experience, which is why he believes in Spark. He wants everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of caffeine at their own pace, wherever they are.
